  • 4/3 roster | FIFO from Perth to the Roy Hill Mine
  • Performance, Retention and Profit Share Bonuses
  • 18 weeks full pay or 36 weeks half pay for primary caregivers

About the role:

The Maintenance Services  team is currently seeking a Coordinator to join them on a 4/3 day shift Roster based at Roy Hill Mine.

Reporting to the Supervisor Maintenance Services, you will be responsible for successfully executing work management requirements for the processing Plant across Conveyors, Cranes, Scaffolding and Condition Monitoring and Lubrication.


Duties:

  • Support the Weekly maintenance team in planning and scheduling weekly maintenance.
  • Manage weekly maintenance planning for PM01, PM02 and Breakdown execution.
  • Step up to cover supervisor responsibilities when needed.
  • Analyse data to improve work management practices across Maintenance Services
  • Perform Problem solving activities and execute improvement projects that support a better planned work
  • Scope work on field to manage resources effectively and amend resources allocation when needed
  • Promote a safety culture and regularly review the effectiveness of controls implemented to manage critical risks

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Maintenance Systems (SAP), work management and Microsoft Office Programs – Word, Excel, MS Project and Power Point
  • Able to perform data analysis to drive improvement initiatives and project planning
  • Planning background highly desirable
  • Prior experience working with both fixed plant maintenance across Wet/Dry plant
  • A sound understanding of safety legislation is desirable
  • Australian recognised trade certificate and Current Unrestricted WA C Class Drivers Licence
