About the role:
The Process Plant Maintenance team is currently seeking a Supervisor Condition Monitoring to join them on a 14 Days on, 14 Days off Roster based at Roy Hill mine site. Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Maintenance, you will be responsible for the optimisation of equipment availability and reliability through the safe and effective execution of condition monitoring and lubrication plans and analysis of critical data.
Duties:
- Manage Condition Monitoring Programs to ensure equipment reliability
- Supervisor Lubrication tasks ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and on schedule
- Conduct Inspections, Analyse Data and ensure compliance to identify equipment failures and routinely audit for quality
- Provide visual leadership to the workforce within the maintenance team, reinforcing the risk based, safety systems
- High level of written and oral communication, liaising with maintenance and engineering departments
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive demonstrated experience in a leadership role in a fixed plant maintenance environment
- Tertiary qualification in an engineering or similar technical field or trade equivalent
- Vibration analysis VCAT-I, VCAT-II
- Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT I)
- Full Australian working rights
- High Risk Work licenses desirable
