  • 14 Days on, 14 Days off roster | FIFO from Perth to Port Hedland
  • Performance, Retention and Profit Share Bonuses
  • 18 weeks full pay or 36 weeks half pay for primary caregivers

About the role:

The Port Maintenance team is currently seeking a Maintainer Lubrication to join them on a 14 Days on, 14 Days off Roster. Reporting to the Supervisor Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency of fixed plant equipment, minimise down time and improve and sustain plant availability.


Duties:

  • Assisting in the operation and maintenance of all lubrication equipment within the Port facility
  • General greasing and lubrication of gear boxes, conveyor chains, bearings, drain, clean and fill reservoirs, etc.
  • Performing preventive maintenance (PM) on a regularly scheduled route, servicing machines, and other equipment, as required
  • Observing the condition and operation of equipment and report irregularities to supervision  

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • MLT / MLA level 1 certification or higher (Machinery Lubrication Technician / Analyst)
  • Forklift, dogging, rigging HRWL experience
  • WA unrestricted C class drivers’ licence
