About the role:

The Asset Management Mining and team is currently seeking a Project Asset Readiness Advisor - Dewatering to join them on a 5:2 Roster based at Perth for a 10 Month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Superintendent Asset Engineering, you will be responsible for executing tasks in alignment with project phases and ensure there are no gaps in the system tasks and plans that could become a project constraint. The main objective of this position is to establish the groundwork of the assets for smooth transition from project/acquisition phase to operation according to Asset Management Framework.


Duties:

  • Establish FLOC, maintenance plan, task lists and PMI documents
  • Develop PM strategies through FMECA or similar process focusing on asset reliability & criticality
  • Contribute to the implementation, execution, and improvement of the Roy Hill HSE procedures and activities
  • Establish spare parts, procurement and logistics management processes
  • Identify spare parts requirements, spare parts cataloguing, and establish optimum spare parts levels
  • Perform project planning for new bore development in SAP.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of master data knowledge
  • Tertiary qualifications in an engineering or similar technical field; or an appropriate trade qualification with a demonstrated combination of training and experience.
  • Certificate in Maintenance Management (Desirable)
  • Sound skills in SAP maintenance module. Including Management of SAP PM Master Data including technical objects, maintenance plans, items, task lists, BOM’s and measuring points.
