About the role:
The Technology Operations Team is currently seeking an Analyst ERP to join them on a Monday-Friday Roster based at Perth. Reporting to the Manager SAP, you will be responsible for partnering closely with business leaders and functional teams to identify, prioritise, and support technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
Working within the SAP environment, the role provides critical business analysis, operational support, and system expertise across SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, and related workforce management systems. By understanding business processes, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring efficient, reliable system performance, this role helps the organisation achieve its strategic objectives while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration.
Duties:
- Undertake ERP business analysis to understand, support, and document business processes and functions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues
- Support and maintain modules including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, and Goals
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes through system enhancements
- Document functional requirements, workflows, and system configurations to ensure clarity and compliance
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and implementing system changes or upgrades
- Provide guidance and training to end-users to ensure effective system adoption and usage
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues to vendors or partners when required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology platforms
- Generate and compile reports based on investigation findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
- Keep up to date with SAP trends and undertake a proactive approach to keep knowledge and skills up to date
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruitment, and/or SAP Payroll (PY)
- A degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in a related IT or Information Management discipline
- Proficient in developing test strategies and test scripts preparation and execution.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate into functional and non-functional specifications
- Proficient in software applications such as Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Database and project management software
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills
