•    Monday to Friday – Perth Airport Location and moving to West Perth mid 2026

We are seeking a highly organised Coordinator Talent to join our People team in Perth. This role plays a key part in supporting a busy Talent Acquisition function, ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly while delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers and external partners.

Working closely with the Talent team, you will coordinate recruitment administration, reporting, systems support and vendor management while assisting with recruitment campaigns and hiring activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide responsive administrative support to the Talent team, candidates, hiring managers and external service providers
•    Coordinate recruitment processes including requisition allocation, pre-employment medicals, background checks, psychometric     assessments and employment offer preparation
•    Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation in line with Hancock Iron Ore information management policies and     relevant legislation
•    Support Talent projects and events including assessment centres, careers fairs, education programs and site visits
•    Manage operational administration including diaries, travel coordination, purchase orders, invoices, expenses and budget     reporting
•    Act as a systems champion for recruitment platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and the Document Management System, supporting     users, managing vendor relationships and maintaining accurate recruitment reporting and data


Skills & Experience:
•    Previous experience in mining, mining services or another heavy industry environment
•    Experience supporting recruitment campaigns or talent acquisition activities
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
•    Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
