About the role:
The Finance team is currently seeking a Accounts Payable Administrator to join them on a Monday- Friday Roster at our Perth Head Office. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, which will be engaged through a labour hire partner under a contractor arrangement..
Duties:
- Process high volume supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Respond to supplier and internal queries in a professional manner
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Microsoft Excel and financial systems (SAP experience essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
