About the role: 

The Process Plant team is currently seeking a Business Support Administrator to join them on a 8 Days on, 6 Days off Roster based at Roy Hill Mine. Reporting to the Supervisor Business Support, this will be a key role providing an excellent standard of support to all levels of administration in the Process Plant area.  

 

As a touchpoint to all departments, you will have an advanced level of communication both written and verbal. With a keen eye and attention to detail, your focus will be on accuracy and quality output whilst being able to manage competing priorities and volumes.  

 
Duties: 

  • Onboarding of new employees and contractors, travel and accommodation bookings, roster tracking and amendments 
  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders through CRM tools, with calendar management and meeting bookings, site notices, presentations, and various compliance reporting 
  • Data entry supporting financial processes using SAP 
  • Provide excellent customer service in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with organisation policies and procedures 
  • Department administrative duties to support the processing team members 

 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience in an office administration role dealing with internal and external customers 
  • Proficient in the use of SAP and/or INX highly desirable 
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role desirable 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
