Aligned to our business strategy, this year we are looking for students and graduates interested in pursuing careers in the following fields:
- Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Mining, Mechatronics, Control Systems, Signalling and Communications
- Science & Technical: Geosciences, Hydrology, Metallurgy, Geographical Information Systems, Environmental Sciences
- Business & Commerce: Accounting and Finance, Commercial, Procurement and Supply Chain
- Social Performance: Heritage, Archaeology, Anthropology
We also interested in graduates who have studied double degrees in one of the above areas, coupled with Technology, Automation and Robotics, Computer Science, and Data Science, or other complementary technology fields.

Program eligibility
- Our program is open to current students and recent graduates, who can commence our program on a full-time basis in February 2027
- International students are welcome to apply but must have full and unrestricted working rights within Australia
- If applying for our engineering and technical pathways, you must be able to complete the program on a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster based at our Mine or Port Hedland operations
