We're flying direct with Qantas from Perth, Geraldton and Busselton to our newly refurbished Ginbata Airport.
When arriving to site, you’ll find a streamlined layout for crib, breathalyser and luggage collection, and will be met by air-conditioned e-buses to transport you to the workshop.
On your way home, relax in the air-conditioned comfort of our spacious departure lounge, and grab a barista coffee, cold drink or snack, and enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.
We offer a range of benefits for our FIFO teams, including a $25,000 FIFO allowance, discounted airport parking, accommodation and car rental, Qantas points and status credits, and salary sacrificed flights for interstate employees.
We are proud to offer an airport facility that is top of its class within the industry, just one of the many upgrades we are investing in for our people.
A new standard in village dining
We’ve always been known for our amazing food and, from mid-2025, the dining experience at the Roy Hill Mine Village will rival CBD hotels.
Our new space features soaring ceilings and abundance of natural light softened with curved lighting ribbons and a palette of earthy tones.
We’ve thoughtfully designed our seating spaces to cater to every need with plush private booths, bar seating for a casual meal, and table seating suited to both individual diners and groups.
The new horseshoe shaped open kitchen will offer a wide variety of culinary options for our residents and visitors, with menus displayed on digital screens and interactive kiosks for our central cook-to-order grill.
You'll also be able to enjoy an alcoholic drink during your meal, and barista made or fresh brewed coffee during breakfast.
A home away from home
In a move to support the wellbeing of our people, we’ve commenced work on upgrading our rooms. As part of our $160 million whole-of-village renovations, we aim to provide a home away from home experience.
Our newly renovated rooms feature a sparkling ensuite, adjustable desk, larger screen TV and wireless charging station adjacent to the bed. We’ve also invested in hotel style bed linen, plush pillows and new block out blinds to ensure you get a relaxing night’s sleep.
You’ll find plenty of storage, including a lockable, full-length double wardrobe with both hanging space and shelving, a double cabinet in the ensuite and tabletop storage above the integrated fridge.
Security to each room has also been increased with a new card system and a catch and chain lock behind each door.
