About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to support project delivery at one of our remote Western Australian sites. Reporting to the Civil Superintendent and Construction Manager, you will oversee site works, contractor management, daily reporting, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil/construction operations to meet schedule and budget.
• Supervise site crews and contractors.
• Coordinate civil construction activities with engineers and the Project Superintendent.
• Work with the Project Scheduler to allocate tasks to contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including JHAs, permits, isolations, and risk assessments.
• Conduct routine machinery inspections and address hazards.
• Report and record non-conformances, incidents, and near misses.
• Attend progress meetings and provide updates on schedules and milestones.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor in mining or civil construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil earthworks and infrastructure delivery.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing multiple contractors across diverse sites.
• Current driver’s license.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to drive construction programs.
• Willingness to work on FIFO rosters.
